a) Managing Agent
b) Security Services
c) Gardens and Maintenance.
2. Draft a proposed budget to determine the initial launch levies.
3. Draft a set of proposed conduct rules
4. Facilitate the liaison with your attorneys regarding the proposed conduct rules for the complex.
5. Arrange insurance for the Body Corporate
6. Provide an on-line query system to assist and manage with all the initial building snags
7. REM will promote the development on the REM Web-site until all units are sold
8. Drafting budgets.
9. Facilitate with the managing agent all the necessary documentation and arrangements for the inaugural meeting of the Body Corporate.
Assistance for Developers
REM has developed a comprehensive service which we feel will help ease the burden of the developers.
Handover day
REM will organise the necessary documentation and arrange a “Handover Day”
A. This will include meeting all the owners on site before they take occupation.
B. Facilitate statements for levies and electricity, arrange refunds for occupational rentals.
C. Meet new owners and hand over keys and conduct rules
