· Assist residents and owners with day to day queries
· Provide an after-hours emergency contact number for residents
· Report on any maintenance, security or general issues to the Trustees
· Facilitate ongoing repairs and maintenance of common property with the contracted service providers working within a given mandate by the Trustees
· Provide any other reasonable assistance to the Trustees and Body Corporate as may be requested from time to time
