All calls received at our call centre are logged together with on-line queries by complex and by each unit;
Once assigned, the respective service provider is automatically advised by sms, which is backed up an email.
Residents who have logged their own query directly onto the system are able to monitor their respective queries on line.
All queries are assigned a reference number.
The progress of a query is then monitored on line by REM until resolved.
Various reports can be generated to provide an overview of the day to day management of each respective complex or estate.
On-line password protected viewing of all queries, outstanding and resolved, providing Trustees with a better understanding of the well-being of their respective complex or estate.
History of queries and resident data remains accessible and on line 24/7

While this type of system is not unique in the industry, it is a first to be used in this environment.
The Resident Enquiry Management System© or the REM system©, is a custom developed web based interactive data base system that allows residents and owners of complexes to log a query, access information, and to interact with the estate management company.
Information ranging from conduct rules, to newsletters and notices is available to those residents and owners who have access to the Internet.
Residents are able to download forms required by each respective complex.
These would include employee worker registrations, pet applications, movement control, access control, club house bookings and any other form required by the respective complex or Estate
