Administration
· Record and update resident and owner data base as accurate as possible
· Keep a record of all enquiries from residents and/or owners.
· Issue movement control forms for residents moving in and out of the complex
· Issue and process domestic workers security passes
· Issue and process pet applications
· Facilitate letters on behalf of the Body Corporate to any resident or owner seen to be contravening the Body Corporate conduct rules
· Obtain quotations for services or equipment as requested by the Trustees
· Maintain copies of records in terms of Body Corporate financials, minutes, notices and newsletters
Trustees
· Attend Trustee meetings and minute proceedings
· Distribute minutes, agendas, and any reports, quotes etc to Trustees
· Distribute notices to residents on behalf of the Body Corporate
· Produce a newsletter periodically and distribute to residents

Financial
· Review of monthly financial reports
· Assist with Annual budget preparations
· Issue purchase orders to service providers
· Keep and manage petty cash on behalf of the Body Corporate if requested
· Banking of any non-levy monies collected on behalf of the Body Corporate
